Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook

Instructions: To prepare230°C, fan 210°C, gas mark 8, 12-15 mins- Pre-heat the oven.- Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven.- Carefully turn over halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.

Air Fry

Instructions: 200°C, 8 mins- Place product in the basket (max. 8 fish fingers) and place in the air fryer.- Shake halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.- Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Storage

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
