Vinification Details

Harvest begins in early September, when the Glera grapes are perfectly ripe. They're gently pressed, using only the fresh juice so the wine stays light and clean. Fermentation happens at cool temperatures to preserve Prosecco's bright, fruity aromas. A second fermentation produces natural bubbles, giving this Prosecco its lively fizz and refreshing character!
