Preparation and Usage

Ideal for:Boiling, Baking, Roasting, Chipping & Mashing.

Boil

Instructions: Place in a saucepan of water and boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 20-25 minutes until tender. Drain and serve.

Oven cook

Instructions: Perfect Roast Potatoes 60 minsPeel potatoes, cut into even sized pieces. Place in a saucepan of water and boil. Simmer for 8 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Place in a roasting tin with a little oil and baste. Cook in a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6, turning once.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Chip 10 minsPeel and chip potatoes. Rinse in cold water and dry thoroughly. Fry in hot oil 190°C/375°F for 8-10 minutes. Drain well before serving.

Steam

Instructions: Place potatoes in a steamer and cook for 20-25 mins on a low heat until tender.

Storage

Store in a frost-free, airy, cool, dark, dry place to avoid greening.
