At Pizza da Piero, we bring a taste of Italy to your table.Our family-run Irish business was founded in 2007 by husband-and-wife team Italian master baker Gianpiero (fondly known as Piero) and Clíona. We produce multi-award-winning, stone-baked sourdough pizza bases fresh daily in our bakery in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. Using Piero's traditional family recipe and the finest ingredients, our naturally fermented bases are crafted to deliver high-quality pizza at home.
