Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Preparation: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove plastic casing.Cut to desired thickness e.g. 2cm

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Fry over a medium heat in a little cooking oil for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill

Instructions: Cook under a preheated grill on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes turning occasionally.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 5°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing.If freezing, slice and freeze on the day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
