Time: 22 minutes
Rinse bulgur wheat thoroughly. Add to boiling water in a ratio of 1: 2 (bulgur: water), add salt and a teaspoon of oil. Boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat, cover and stand for 15 - 20 minutes.
