Preparation and Usage
Soak the chickpeas in water for about 12 hours. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Place the soaked beans into a large saucepan with water. Boil for (approx. 50 - 80 minutes). Remove foam during cooking, do not mix the chickpeas. Add salt after cooking.
