Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 1 hourCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. After handling the sachet, wash hands thoroughly. Chilled: 1 hr. Place ribs on a baking tray and cover with foil. Place into the centre of a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes. Carefully remove foil, decant juices and place back into the oven, uncovered for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

Hob

Instructions: Chilled 2 -3 mins. To heat the sauce, heat the sachet in a pot of boiling water. Pour the sauce over the ribs, mix thoroughly and serve.

Barbeque

Instructions: BARBECUE 2 mins. For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above then place on the barbecue for a further 2 minutes, turning frequently.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
