Preparation and Usage

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 25 mins.Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side. After handling the sachet, wash hands thoroughly. OVEN 200°C / 180°C / Gas 6. Chilled: 25 mins. Place chicken on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove chicken from the oven and pour over sachet of sauce. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Instructions: Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side. After handling the sachet, wash hands thoroughly. For best results air fry.Air Fry 150°C Chilled: 15 mins & Air Fry 200°C 5 mins.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer.Spray the basket with oil. Place all the chicken in the air fryer, spread evenly in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking. Increase the temperature to 200ºC and cook the chicken for a further 3 minutes. Pour sachet of sauce into a large bowl. Remove chicken from the air fryer and toss in the bowl of sauce. Place the chicken back into the air fryer and cook for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 16 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days and by ‘use by’ date shown. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
