Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging.For best results oven cook.

Oven cook

Instructions: 190°C / Fan, 170°C, Gas 5, 16-18 minutes1. Place meatballs in an ovenproof dish in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 16-18 minutes, turning once during cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 16-18 minutes1. Add a little oil to a pan and heat to a medium heat.2. Place the meatballs in the pan and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally.3. Drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
