Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C at the bottom of the fridge.Use by see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally Freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by the 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Place some flour in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss cubes in flour to coat, shaking off any excess. Heat a little oil in a large pan until hot and brown the cubes for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Transfer to a casserole dish.2hrs 30mins. Add your preferred vegetables and stock to casserole dish and cover. Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 until tender.ImportantWe recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly:Not suitable for microwave cooking.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
