Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +5°C at the bottom of the fridge.Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by the 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze. Use by see front of pack.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging, discarding absorbent pad. Allow meat to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before roasting.Rare 2 mins per 100g/Medium 3 mins per 100g/Well-done 4 mins per 100g. Pre-heat the oven to 230°C / Fan 210°C / Gas 8. Season joint with salt and pepper and place joint on a roasting tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature down to 160°C / Fan 140°C / Gas 3 and cook for calculated time. Allow the beef to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes and remove any netting/string prior to carving.Caution:If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present. We recommend that all meat products are cooked thoroughly. Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.ImportantAll appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
