Preparation and Usage
For the Perfect Porridge2 Minutes in the microwaveStep 1Measure 30g of Flahavan'sOrganic Quick Oats into a microwavable bowl. 30g equals half a cup, five tablespoons or two level oat measuring scoops*.Step 2Add 170ml of cold water/milk in a deep bowl allowing over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to cook.Step 3Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and serve. This is based on 800w microwave. Cooking times will vary according to microwave wattage.Can also be cooked on the hob.As with any hot product please be careful.*We are removing our plastic oat measuring scoops across our Quick Oats range to give you a more sustainable option for breakfast.
