With over a century of authentic bakery tradition, knowledge, and passion, our family carried the legacy to craft the perfect Italian Pizza Recipe.I exclusively select the finest natural ingredients, locally sourced just outside my hometown of Sorrento. I created the pinnacle of Italian Pizza, blending these with my family's time-honoured recipe and techniques. The pizza dough undergoes natural fermentation, using four simple ingredients, and is then allowed to prove slowly over a 24-hour period. Skilfully hand-stretched by the Sorrento team, under my guidance and baked to perfection in our natural alp-marble pizza ovens. The result? A nourishing and utterly delicious pizza base for our valued customers. For an extra touch of authenticity, try our Sorrento Pizza Sauce.
