Stir Fry

Instructions: Frozen: 6-8 mins. Pre-heat 2 tsp (10ml) of oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Add 1/4 of the pack (125g) to the pan and cook on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Reduce to a medium heat and cook for a further 4-6 minutes, stirring continuously.

Storage

Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
