Preparation and Usage

Cooking InstructionsRemove alnl packaging, discarding absorbent pad. Allow meat to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before roasting.Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 Chilled: 1hr-1 hr 30 mins. Pre-heat oven. Add approximately 125ml of water to a roasting tray. Place joint on the roasting tray and place into the centre of the oven for 1 hour (rare), 1 hour 15 minutes (medium), 1 hour 30 minutes (well done).Once cooked, allow the beef to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes prior to carving.CautionThis product contains raw meat. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat.ImportantAll appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Tesco recommends that meat products are cooked thoroughly. If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
