Preparation and Usage
Butter Chicken.
Serves 2.
Cooking time:15 minutes.
Method: Hob
Ingredients:
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil;
300g skinless boneless chicken thighs;
1 jar Tesco Finest Butter Chicken Sauce.
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
- Add 300g of diced chicken thigh and sear for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the jar of sauce to the pan.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, with lid on, until the chicken is cooked through.
To serve: Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan and garnish with chopped coriander.
Try substituting chicken thigh for 300g paneer.
