Cooking Instructions

Instructions: CautionThis product contains raw meat. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat.Made using fresh and frozen meat. Minced meat products require thorough cooking before consumption.TipAfter flipping the burger, add a slice of cheese for the final 2-3 minutes of cooking time.ImportantTesco recommends that meat products are cooked thoroughly. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until all juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside.Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 4-6 Mins. Put a little oil in a pan and place over a high heat until smoking hot. Remove burgers from packaging and add to the pan. Using a spatula to smash the burgers, press down firmly until the burgers reach a thickness of approx. 10mm. Cook for 2-3 minutes until a golden brown crust forms on the outside of the burgers. Flip the burger over and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain well before serving.

Barbecue

Instructions: 1-2 mins. For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on a barbecue for a further 1-2 minutes, turning frequently.
