Oven

Instructions: Remove all packaging. OVEN 180°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 6 Chilled:50-55 mins. Place pork rib rack on a baking tray and cover with foil. Cook in centre of a pre-heated oven for 3 minutes. Carefully remove foil and place back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
