Preparation and Usage

Instructions1. Defrost overnight in your fridge or thaw at room temperature for about 90 minutes. Do not allow the pastry to become too warm or it will be difficult to work with2. Lightly flour the work surface and pastry before rolling out to your required thickness. As a guide, a thickness of approx 3 mm is ideal for most uses3. Allow to stand for a few minutes to reduce shrinkage4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (200°C fan oven), Gas 7, or at the temperature in your recipeServesOne 400g pack will make a 23cm / 9 inch tart or 8 individual tartlets
