Preparation and Usage

Serving SuggestionAlternatively, milk may be used instead of water. For a little sweetness, try adding berries with a dollop of Greek style yogurt.

Microwave

Instructions: Place 40g of oats in a large non metallic bowl.Add 220mls of water or milk and stir. Do not cover.Cook on full power for 2.5 minutes (800W) / 2 minutes (900W).Remove from the microwave, stir well and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.CautionTake care as product will be very hot.ImportantAll appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Adjust times according to your particular microwave oven. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.Serving Suggestion:Alternatively, milk may be used instead of water. For a little sweetness, try adding berries with a dollop of Greek style yogurt.

Instructions: Allow approximately 40g of oats per person.Place oats in a small saucepan and add 220mls of cold water per serving.Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4mins, stirring continuously.Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.Time: 3-4 minutesCautionTake care as product will be very hot.Serving Suggestion:Alternatively, milk may be used instead of water. For a little sweetness, try adding berries with a dollop of Greek style yogurt.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place and replace lid on opening.Best before: see base of pack.
