Instructions: Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins 30 secs in 900W appliance, 5 mins 5 secs for 800W and 5 mins 50 secs for 700W appliances.

Instructions: For best results oven cook. All appliances vary in performance, the following are guidelines only. Remove sleeve and pierce film before reheating.Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving.Do not reheat.Caution: Tray will be pliable when heated. Ensure you take care when removing it from the appliance and when peeling off the film after heating to avoid scalding.

Oven cook

Instructions: Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas mark 4 for 30 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
