Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4Remove beef from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 mins before roasting. Remove sachet and set aside until required. OVEN 45; 55 & 65 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Brush a little oil onto the surface of the joint and brown on all sides in a hot pan. Place the joint on a roasting tray and place into the centre of the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes (rare), 55 minutes (medium) or 65 minutes (well done), basting occasionally during cooking. Transfer the joint from the roasting tray to a clean board to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving. HOB 3-5 mins. To heat the sauce, empty contents into a small saucepan and gently heat for 3-5 minutes. Do not allow to boil. Pour sauce over the joint and serve.
