INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Dark Chocolate (22%) [Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier (Lecithins), Flavouring], Wheat Flour, Cocoa Powder, Rice Flour, Colour (Iron Oxides and Hydroxides).

Preparation and Usage
Cooking time: 14 minutes.
Makes: 4 puddings
Method: Oven
You will need: 50g softened unsalted butter; 2 medium eggs.
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C /Gas 7
- Place the foil cases onto a baking tray
- Put the 75g softened butter and eggs into a mixing bowl
- Empty the contents of the sachet into the mixing bowl and whisk to obtain a smooth mixture
- Divide the mixture between the 4 foil cases and bake in the oven for 14 minutes. Don't overcook them or they will lose their gooey centre
- Remove from the oven and, with scissors, cut the top edge of the foil to help release the puddings
- Turn the puddings over onto serving plates.
- Sprinkle the Gold Shimmer onto the puddings. Serve and Enjoy!
