Oven cook

Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 20-22 minutes chilled and 32-34 minutes frozen, turning halfway through cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear.Do not reheat.Not suitable for microwave cooking.
