Preparation and Usage

For best results grill.

Oven

Instructions: Oven: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 14-16 mins. Place the grill steaks on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 14- 16 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL: 12-14 minutes. Place under a pre-heated high grill for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
