Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
Oven cook
Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 180°C Fan/200°C/Gas mark 6. Remove sleeve, film and set aside the glaze sachet for later use. Wash hands after handling the sachet as it has been in contact with raw meat. Cover the foil tray with tin foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven. Remove the foil cover and discard the cooking juices. Open the glaze sachet and pour the content over the pork belly slices. Turn oven to 200°C, Fan/220°C/Gas mark 7 and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving and that the juices run clear. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. For an authentic BBQ taste, cook as required and finish on the BBQ.
