Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 10-15 minsRemove all packaging. For best results oven cook. OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 10-15 mins. Preheat oven and wrap each fillet loosely in aluminium foil. Place on a baking tray and allow to cook for 10-15mins

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Poach

Instructions: POACH Medium Heat 8-10 mins. Place each fillet in a saucepan and half cover with cold water or milk. Cover with lid and simmer gently for 8-10mins.

Film. Don't Recycle Tray. Recycle

Caution: Do not eat raw..Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
