Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Oven: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 12-14 mins. Place meatballs in an ovenproof dish in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes, turning once during cooking

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pan fry: 10-12 mins. Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
