Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Microwave

Instructions: Place the pouch in a microwaveable dish and pierce top of the pouch several times. Cook on full power.800W 3 mins 30 secs900W 2 mins 30 secsShake pouch gently halfway through cooking. Carefully open the pouch and drain off remaining cooking juices. Remove the riblets from the pouch and place in the microwaveable dish, open the sachet of glaze and pour evenly over the riblets. Return to the microwave for a further: 30 secs 30 secsAllow to stand for 2 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results oven cook.Remove outer packaging and set sachet of glaze to one side.CautionTake care when opening the pouch as hot steam may escape.ImportantNot suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.Follow the preparation guidelines above.

Oven cook

Instructions: Empty the contents of the pouch onto a baking tray. Separate the pork riblets, space evenly over the baking tray and cover with foil.Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven.200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6, 25 minsRemove from oven, discard foil, pour the contents of the glaze sachet over the riblets coating evenly. Return to the oven for the final: 5 mins
