Instructions: Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins in 900W appliance. 4 mins 30 secs for 800W and 5 mins 10 secs for 700W appliances.

Oven cook

Instructions: Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
