Microwave

Instructions: Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins in 900W appliance. 4 mins 30 secs for 800W and 5 mins 10 secs for 700W appliances.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results oven cook. All appliances vary in performance the following are guidelines only.Remove sleeve and piece film before reheating.Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat.Caution: Tray will be pliable when heated. Ensure you take care when removing it from the appliance and when peeling off film after heating to avoid scalding. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.

Oven cook

Instructions: Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C. Once opened, continue to refrigerate and consume within 2 days. For 'use by', see front of pack. Not suitable for home freezing.
