Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 35 - 55 minsCooking Instructions: Remove beef from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 mins before roasting. Do not remove butter or rosemary sprig. OVEN 35; 40 & 55 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Brush a little oil onto the surface of the joint and brown on all sides in a hot pan. Place the joint on a roasting tray and place into the centre of the pre-heated oven for 35 minutes for rare, 40 minutes for medium or 55 minutes for well done, basting occasionally during cooking. Transfer the joint from the roasting tray to a clean board to rest in a warm place for 15mins before carving. Remove strings before carving.
