A little bit about usThe Good Fish Company was established by Denis Good in 1988, and is now a second generation family run business of fish processors and retail fishmongers based in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. We pride ourselves on our reputation for sourcing and producing only the highest quality fish.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: All appliances vary and these instructions are guidelines Ensure product thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Please handle with care as product will be hot after cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray in a preheated medium grill and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Oven cook

Instructions: Fan Oven 180°C/Electric Oven 200°C/Gas Mark 6.Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Steam

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Place in a steamer steam over a pan of simmering water for 10-12 minutes.

CAUTION: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
