Remove all packaging. For best results we recommend grilling this product. (duplication, as aready included above)

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Remove all packaging. For best results we recommend grilling this product. GRILL Medium 18-22 mins. Place the grill steaks under a pre-heated medium grill for 18-22 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: SHALLOW FRY 14-18 mins. Add a little oil to a pan and heat to a high setting. Place the grill steaks in the pan and brown for 1 minute on both sides, reducing the heat to a medium setting and continue to cook for 12-16 minutes turning occasionally. Allow to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, best within 1 days and by ‘use by’ date shown.
