Cooking Instructions

Instructions: All appliances vary in performance, the following are guidelines only. For best results refer to the manufacturer's handbook.Remove sleeve and film.Warning:Tray will be hot, please ensure to take care when removing it from the oven.Do not reheat once cooked.

Oven cook

Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C/ Gas mark 4. Spray or rub oil on the turkey steaks. Place tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 20 - 25 minutes, turning during cooking. Ensure the steaks are fully cooked, piping hot throughout, juices run clear and no pink remains before serving.
