Keep refrigerated at 0-4°c. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable to cook from frozen. Defrost thoroughty in refrigerator before cooking. Once opened consume within 1 day and by 'use by' date shown.

Cooking Instructions
Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.Do not reheat.
Oven cook
Instructions: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Pre heat oven to 180°C Fan/200°C/Gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and top film and cover the tray with tin foil then place it on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove the tin foil and cook for a further 5 minutes until the coating is brown and crispy. Ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving and that juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Caution: This product contains raw meat. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat. Take care when removing the foil as contents will be hot and steam will escape.
