Gary Barlow Organic Red Wine 750ml This organic red blend from Spain's Central Castilla is a juicy, unoaked wine, displaying aromas of red wild berries with a touch of rosemary and chocolate.The medium body and beautiful balance between the good fruit concentration, fresh acidity and fine tannins, make it a highly versatile food wine that complements tapas, pasta and a wide range of savoury and meat dishes.

Vinification Details

The Organic Grapes are picked at night and in the early morning hours and shipped quickly to a state-of-the-art winery for destalking, light crushing and fermentation under temperature control in stainless steel. Maceration lasts for 8-10 days to achieve a perfectly balanced style without excessive extraction. No oak is used to achieve a pure expression of the combination of Tempranillo and Syrah.

History

Whether as part of a celebration with loved ones or to wind down after a gig, Gary has acquired a taste for wine over the years. Founded in 2021, the brand has achieved remarkable success with a portfolio of 8 wines. “My passion for wine has developed over the years. Regional Information

This wine is the result of blending the best grapes harvested from older, dry-farmed Tempranillo and Syrah vines in Castille. The vineyards vary between 30-40 years old and dry grown for maximum concentration and flavour, the grapes are machine harvested at night to preserve their fresh characteristics.
