Instructions: Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 4 mins in 900W appliance, 4 mins 30 secs for 800W and 5 mins 10 secs for 700W appliances.

Remove sleeve and pierce film before reheating.Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat.Caution:Tray will be pliable when heated. Ensure you take care when removing it from the appliance and when peeling off the film after heating to avoid scalding.

Oven cook

Instructions: Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 25 - 30 minutes.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 5°C.Once opened, continue to refrigerate and consume within 2 days. For 'use by', see front of pack. Not suitable for home freezing.
