Instructions: Place 40g of oats in a large non metallic bowl.Add 220mls of water and stir. Do not cover,Cook on full power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds (800W)/ 2 minutes (900W)Remove from the microwave, stir well and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.Do not reheat.CautionTake care as product will be very hot.Serving Suggestion:Alternatively milk may be used instead of water. For a little sweetness, try adding berries with a dollop of Greek style yogurt.
