Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4Cooking Instructions: Remove beef from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before roasting. OVEN: Pre-heat oven to OVEN 180°C/Gas Mark 4/FAN ASSISTED OVEN 160°C. Rare: 25 mins per 500g. Medium: 30 mins per 500g. Well Done: 35 mins per 500g. Place the joint in a roasting tray and place into the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for calculated time. Baste the joint in its juices every 30 mins during cooking. Transfer the joint from the roasting tray to a clean board and rest for 15 minutes in a warm place before carving.
