Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date.Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always by the use by date. Once frozen, use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Use by: see front of pack.
Microwave
Instructions: (900W)Remove all packaging. Place the sauce sachet aside for later use. Pierce the pouch in several places and place on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Gently shake the pouch and microwave for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully cut across the top of the pouch, discard the cooking juices and empty contents onto a plate. To heat the sauce, empty contents of the sachet into microwaveable bowl, cover with cling film and pierce in several places. Microwave on full power for 1 minute and allow to stand for 1 minute. Care should be taken when opening as steam will escape.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: For best results oven cookEnsure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.To serve: Shred the pork by pulling apart with two forks. Carefully pour the heated sauce over the pulled pork, mix, and serve.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
Oven cook
Instructions: Electric Oven 200°C, Fan Oven 180°C, Gas Oven 7Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the sauce sachet aside for later use. Using scissors, carefully cut open the plastic pouch. Empty the contents into an ovenproof dish. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the center of the oven for approx. 25 minutes. Carefully remove the pulled pork from the oven and discard the cooking juices. Gently shred the meat, using two forks to pull apart. Using scissors carefully open the sauce sachet and drizzle the contents evenly over the product and mix well. Place the product back into the oven and cook uncovered for a further 5 minutes.

Do not use if vacuum seal is broken. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some small pieces may remain.
