Oven cook

Instructions: The following are guidelines only.Some appliances may vary.Remove all packaging before cooking.Electric 200°C/ Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 7-9 minutes chilled, 8-10 minutes from frozen, shake up halfway through cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat.Not suitable for microwave cooking.
