Preparation and Usage
Remove all packaging. For best results we recommend oven cooking. Oven 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6 12-15 mins. Pre-heat oven to Oven 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6. Wrap salmon loosely in aluminium foil, place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Pan Fry 10-12 mins Gently heat a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry salmon over a medium temperature for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving, do not reheat once cooked. Important. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
