Instructions: Temperature: 160, 140, 3Time: 3 hoursOVEN Fan 140°C/Electric 160°C/Gas 3. Place contents of bag into an oven-proof dish and add 300ml of water. Or, alternatively add 200ml of water and 100ml of red wine. Mix well, cover with a lid and place in the centre a pre-heated oven and cook for 3 hours. Serve and enjoy.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Instructions: Slow Cooker 4-8 hours.Place contents of bag into slow cooker and add 150ml of water. Or, alternatively add 100ml of water and 50ml of red wine.Mix well and replace the lid of slow cooker. Place slow cooker on HIGH setting for 4 hours or alternatively 8 hours on low setting.When the time has elapsed gently stir the casserole before serving.
