Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, best within 1 days and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Instructions: Remove all packaging and allow steaks to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. PAN FRY High 4-10 mins. Lightly brush each side of the steaks with a little oil. Heat a heavy based pan over a high heat until smoking. Add steaks to the dry pan over a high heat for 1 minute on each side. Reduce to a medium heat and continue to cook for a further 2-4 minutes (rare), 4-6 minutes (medium) or 6-8 minutes (well done), turning once halfway through cooking time. Remove steaks from the pan and allow to rest in a warm place for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Instructions: HOB 2-3 mins. To heat the sauce, empty contents into a small saucepan and heat gently for 2-3 minutes. Do not allow to boil.
