INGREDIENTS: Dry Cured Back Bacon Joint (92%)(Pork, Sea Salt, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)), Treacle Glaze Sachet (8%)(Stout (Barley), Water, Treacle (Golden Cane Molasses, Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup), Sugar, Tomato Paste, Modified Maize Starch, Demerara Sugar (Cane Sugar, Cane Molasses), Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Thyme, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Caramelised Sugar, Bay, Yeast Extract).

Packaged in a protective atmosphere
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
Instructions: OVEN 70-80 mins. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Fill foil tray to a depth of 2cm of water and cover with foil. Place the tray into the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 60-70 minutes. Take tray out of oven, remove foil and pour out the water. Open sachet and cover joint in glaze. Increase the oven temperature to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7, return tray to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking
