Stir Fry

Instructions: Preheat wok and stir fry meat or fish pieces until lightly browned. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add sauce for a further 1-2 minutes.Serve over rice. Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving.

Instructions: Pour the sauce into a saucepan. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
