Microwave
Instructions: Pierce lid in several places before cooking. Place tray on microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for 5 1/2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minutes and stir before serving. Instructions are based on an 850w microwave oven. Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. For higher/lower wattage ovens, heating time should be reduced/increased.

Instructions: The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove outer packaging before cooking.Caution: Care should be taken when removing film lid as steam will scape. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.
Oven cook
Instructions: Preheat oven to 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray and cook in the center of the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving. Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
