Hot Curry Sauce Mix
We're Ireland's favourite curry sauce and we've been making food taste great since the 80s. Yes the 1980s. Although we make our sauce right here in dear old Ireland, we use a rake of exotic spices from far-off places known as "abroad".
No artificial colours or added preservativesSuitable for Vegetarians

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron and Thiamine), Sugar, Non-Hydrogenated Palm Fat, Hot Curry Powder (11%) (Paprika, Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Cassia, Fenugreek, Ginger, Clove, Black Pepper, Salt, Mustard, Garlic Powder), Maltodextrin, Tomato Powder, Flavourings (contain Celery), Salt, Yeast Bouillon, Chilli Flakes, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Acid (Citric Acid)

Preparation and Usage

First read below, then do all the things.Dinner for FourThe sauce bitLow Tech: Put 8 tablespoons in a saucepan. Pour in 590ml of warm water and whisk 'til it's smooooth. Stick it on the hob and stir 'til it's boiling. Then simmer for 5 minutes and give it the odd stir. That's it, now get it on your chips, chicken, wedges or whatever you're having yourself.High Tech: Take the same 8 tablespoons as above, except this time put them in a microwaveable bowl. Pour in 590ml of warm water and whisk 'til it's smooooth. Chuck it in the microwave on full power (900watt) for 2 minutes. Give it another whisk and throw it back in for another 5 minutes. Get it out and on your grub.The food bit (15-20mins)What you'll need- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil- An onion (diced)- Rice and chips- Add one small sliced red chilli for extra fire (optional)Now. As your curry sauce is cooking, heat the oil in a pan, fry the chicken 'til it's cooked, then throw in the onions. Give it a couple of minutes then pour in the sauce and simmer for another couple of minutes, with the odd stir. Serve it up with rice and chips. Oooooooh!Please ensure the food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.Always replace lid tightly on container after use.
